How do i book?
Booking a camper couldn't be easier! You can book easily using our online booking system or you can contact us via phone/e-mail.
Upon making your booking online, you will receive a reservation e-mail providing the details of your hire. However please note that your booking is not secured until a minimum non-refundable deposit of £150 is paid in advance.
Our booking system will charge 25% of your total hire when you make your reservation. If this is less than £150, we will contact you after making your reservation to top the deposit up to £150.

Can I drive?
All drivers must be aged between 25 and 65, held their full UK drivers license for 2 years minimum and had no major endorsements within the past 10 years. If there is anything you are unsure of, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
On the day of hire, drivers must provide:
Valid photocard drivers license (please check section 4b for license expiration)
Valid DVLA license check code (visit for your check code)
Proof of address dated within 1 month (this can be a bank statement, utility bill or similar)
The standard security deposit and excess is £750.00 - you can reduce this to £250.00 by taking out or Excess Insurance Reducer. Meaning the most you would be liable for in the event of any damage would be £250.00). See extras below.
The excess includes damages and additional charges incurred whilst the vehicle is on hire. This also includes any chargeable cleaning fees, fuel charges, missing items etc.
The security deposit is returned in full at the end of hire prior to no additional charges incurred.
Insurance Excess Reducer (The standard security deposit and excess is £750.00 - you can reduce this to £250.00 by taking out or Excess Insurance Reducer. Meaning the most you would be liable for in the event of any damage would be £250.00) - £15 per day
Bedding pack (consisting of a sleeping bag - which is yours to keep or we can donate to the local homeless shelter on your behalf - pillows and bedding sheets) - £15 per person
Full Gas Guarantee (our vans come with a bottle already connected. You can choose to have the bottle as left by the previous customer or alternatively you can guarantee a full bottle) - £50
Additional drivers (the policy includes 1 main driver, you can another 2 drivers) - £5 per driver, per day
Please note that in the interest of safety - we are unable to provide pillows and bedding sheets due to COVID-19.

Camping is all about the minimalist lifestyle therefore we provide only the little essentials, but please do bring anything you think would make your trip more comfortable.
Please note that in the interest of safety - cutlery, saucers and pots and pans are temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.
Can I take a van outside the UK?
You sure can! However there is an insurance surcharge for usage in the EU, so if you're planning on going to the EU please do let us know and we can provide a quote based on your trip.

AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE
We offer an airport transfer service at a small cost, making it easy for you to collect the van from our depot in Carluke.
The airport collection/drop off consists of you and your party being picked up upon your arrival and taken to our hire depot. This service is only available during working hours.
The vehicle is not available to be delivered or dropped off at the airport.
ARE ANY OF YOUR VANS PET FRIENDLY?
At the moment we don't have any vans that can accommodate pets. This is due to allergy reasons and also as our vehicles are sometimes sold before they end their hire season.
There are however some great cat and dog boarding services in the local area that we can recommend.
Car I leave my car?
Whilst we don't provide secure parking, there is free street parking outside our premises and lots of local car parking facilities in Carluke town centre, just down the road.
COLLECTION & RETURN TIMES
Our collection time is strictly 1pm and return time is strictly 11am.
Early collection/late returns are rarely available throughout the busy months due to our tight turnaround schedule.
If an early collection or late return is available to you, we will notify you and offer this at an additional fee.
