Here at The Wee Camper Co, we've been building bespoke campervans for sale for almost to 9 years and in that time, we've changed and developed our formula many times over - as we tried to find the right balance between practicality, storage, comfort and style.
Fast forward to 2025 and I think this just might be our best conversion layout to date. We've honed in on our ability to adapt to the space we're given and we're now able to pack in more features, without compromising that valuable storage space inside the van.

🛋️ Interior Design & Comfort
Dark Steel Matte Grey Furniture Units: These lightweight units are handcrafted by our talented builders and provide a sleek, contemporary look while ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Our keen eye for colour coordination and interior design is key when deciding upon the various colours and styles of lightweight ply available.
Solid Oak Worktop: A wooden worktop is a bigger expense in comparison to the laminate worktops that most other companies would use, but we prefer the look and it also adds a touch of warmth and luxury to the interior, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal. Super easy to maintain and arguably more durable than laminate material (you won't melt your worktop if you sit a hot pot or pan on it).
Matching Window Splashback: Offers a cohesive design element that ties the kitchen area together and frames the entire living area. This particular splashback panel was done in a lighter shade of matte grey, to provide a nice colour flow and bring focus into the kitchen area.
LED Warm White Lighting: Creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for evening relaxation. Our LED lights are the most balanced lights on the market and provide a smooth LED beam with no spots or dark patches.
Non Slip Safety Flooring: Ensures safety without compromising on style, providing a slip-resistant surface. We use a high quality one-piece vinyl material designed for high end use, which has it's own thermal properties as well.
Privacy Glass Windows All Round: Enhances privacy and helps maintain a comfortable interior temperature. A slider window is installed on the kitchen side, to allow for ventilation when cooking.
🛏️ Seating & Sleeping Arrangements
M1 Pull Tested Rock n Roll Bed in Tan Leatherette: This bed is M1 Pull Tested and comes with ISOFIX as standard, ensuring the most safety during travel. Super easy to fold into the bed position and very comfortable. You can also adjust the seating position of the bed, which is great for lounging and watching TV in the night, The tan leatherette upholstery adds a touch of elegance and our TWCC tree logo is a reminder of our brand, without taking over the aesthetic of the vehicle.
Matching Front Cab Trimmed Seats: Also in tan leatherette with the black TWCC tree logo, providing a uniform and stylish look throughout the van.
Pop-Top Roof with Upgraded Black Canopy: Offers additional headroom and a comfortable upper-level bed on gas struts, complete with a mattress for restful sleep and yes it can comfortably sleep 2 adults (and in fact is the more spacious of the two beds on board).
Thermal Blackout Curtains: Made from a thicker and heavier black-out material than most other companies would use and fitted neatly into the window aperture of your van, without that baggy un-finished look.
⚡Heating & Electrical
Diesel Heating System: Ensures warmth during colder months, allowing for year-round use of the campervan. This easy to use system provides at least 2kW of heat into the vehicle by burning diesel, which is fed directly from the diesel tank on your van.
240V Leisure System: Allows for connection to mains power, providing additional electrical options when available and also charges your on board 130aH leisure battery too. Also included is a sleek 240v hook-up point on the side of your van.
DC-DC Smart Charging: Providing power from your vehicles smart alternator, directly to your leisure battery for charging purposes whilst on the move.
USB-C & USB2 Sockets: Facilitates charging of modern electronic devices, keeping you connected during your travels.
Solar Charge System: Fitted as standard is our 185w solar charge system, which keeps on top of the health of your leisure battery, as well as providing continual 12v power when you need it most. This system is great if you're not going to be using the van as your daily driver and provides hassle free maintenance to your leisure system.

2-Burner Gas Hob & Fresh Water Sink: Provides the essentials for cooking meals on the go. Includes independently opening glass tops, to allow for extra worktop space when not in use.
12V/240V Fridge with Freezer: Offers an ample 50L storage for perishables, with the flexibility of dual voltage for various power sources.
32L On-Board Water Tank: Ensures a steady supply of water for cooking and cleaning needs and reduces the chance of your water system freezing in the winter months.
Gas System with Steel Storage Locker: Safely stores your Campingaz 907 gas bottle, adhering to modern safety regulations.
Foldaway table: Neatly tucked away in it's own storage cradle behind the drivers seat, this table is a great additional surface and folds away easily for space saving needs in the van.

At the end of the day - you're inside the back of a van, which is a relatively small space to work with. But our design is arguably one of the most generous in terms of storage on the market today. Every single one of those drawer faces are a real storage area (yeah, I've seen some vans with fake drawer faces, to make it seem like there's more storage).
