Firstly, the three pieces of documentation each driver MUST bring are:
Valid photocard driving licence (if you have the older, paper style license then please bring a valid photo ID also such as a passport)/
A proof of address dated within 30 days (if you don't have a printed bill, an email invoice/bill will suffice as long as your address is on there).
Valid DVLA check code. This can be obtained by clicking HERE.
Collection & Return Times
Collection time: 1pm
Return time: 11am
Penalty charges will apply for collections/returns outwith these times.
Please respect these times to help us provide a smooth and efficient turnaround for all of our customers.
Early collection/late returns are rarely available throughout the busy months due to our tight turnaround schedule.
If an early collection or late return is available to you, we will notify you and offer this at an additional fee.

Insurance Excess Reducer - The standard security deposit and excess is £750, you can reduce this to £250 by taking out or Excess Insurance Reducer - £15 per day
Bedding pack - consisting of pillows and a sleeping bag which is yours to keep or you can hand this back at the end of your hire and we will donate this to the homeless shelter - subject to availability, please book in advance - £15 per person
Full Gas Guarantee - our vans come with a bottle already connected. You can choose to have the bottle as left by the previous customer or alternatively you can guarantee a full bottle - subject to availability, please book in advance - £50
Additional drivers - the policy includes 1 main driver, you can add another 2 drivers - £5 per driver, per day
Customer Airport Transfer - £TBC
